Individual Sessions

Change is hard, and often complicated by stress, depression, anxiety, grief and other difficult emotions. It can be hard to have a gentle internal monologue, and hard to let go of self-limiting beliefs.

I can help you address stubborn obstacles, provide supportive accountability and help you gain greater control and forward momentum.

Family Therapy

Families face greater challenges than ever before. Parenting is fraught with doubt, guilt, and frustrations. If you want to be the best parent possible, support is essential. Asking for help with this incredibly important job is not a weakness, but a strength.

My background includes post-graduate training at the renowned Ackerman Institute for the Family. I’m also a mother and partner, and understand firsthand the rewarding but difficult struggles mothers face.

Couples Therapy

Couples want therapy to provide a roadmap back to each other. Therapy needs to be more than time spent rehashing the same old arguments. It is possible to develop deeper communication, understand each other in new ways, and find your way out of broken patterns.

My training is in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a powerful model for couples’ work. It helps people to shift out of old roles and build renewed closeness.
